How does the billing work?
Monthly or annual, charged on the day you subscribe. Annual plans get about a 17% discount.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Yes. Use the Stripe customer portal to switch plans, update payment details, view invoices, or cancel at the end of the billing period. Stripe shows any proration before you confirm a change.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund within 14 days of a new subscription — no questions asked.
What happens when I reach my daily AI limit?
You can keep practicing — DAX query runs, problems, and courses are never limited. Daxie messages and debug sessions refill on a rolling 24-hour window.
What does a verification receipt prove?
It records the target, context, outcome, and known limitations for a run. A successful execution proves the query ran; business correctness is claimed only when the acceptance rules you supplied also pass.
