TL;DR. Be a decent human, don’t abuse the service, pay your bill, and you’ll be fine. The rest is legalese.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using DAX Solver (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you’re using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person; sharing is not permitted on individual plans.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or try to extract challenge test cases
- Use the service to harass other users or publish anything illegal, defamatory, or malicious
- Resell access or white-label the service without written permission
- Run automated agents that attempt to solve challenges on your behalf outside of the normal product flow
Your content
You own the measures and custom models you upload. By submitting them to the service, you grant us a limited license to store, evaluate, and display them back to you. If you mark a submission as public, you additionally grant us the right to show it to other users in the community view. You can revoke this at any time.
Paid plans & billing
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cadence. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period. We do not prorate refunds for partial months, except where required by law. If a payment fails, we’ll email you and retry over seven days before downgrading.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime on paid plans, measured monthly. We’ll perform maintenance during off-peak windows and notify you in advance when possible. Free plans are provided on a best-effort basis.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. If a change materially reduces the value of a paid plan, we’ll offer you a pro-rated refund or a comparable alternative.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DAX Solver’s total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London unless otherwise required by law.
